After working in healthcare as a physical therapist and anesthesiologist for over 10 years, we noticed that many people leave the healthcare system with solutions for their symptoms, but no clarity on what’s truly behind them. Our goal is to integrate sub-specialty knowledge to help people reconnect with their inherent ability to thrive.

Restore: Concussion
This course is structured into small, separate lessons to help you learn how to recover from your concussion. This course is founded on the idea of dynamic energy control, or how you balance your energy to help promote health and healing in your body. This course is for anyone who is struggling with their recovery or is facing ongoing symptoms, like pain or dizziness, that won't go away despite having sought out multiple resources, medical providers, and interventions.
